Making certain that everyone is on board and on site at the right time is another critical issue in order to ensure everything runs smoothly and to schedule. Our Project Managers make this a priority, involving from the outset not only our own staff and sub-contractors, but all appropriate advisory bodies such as Local Authorities, conservation officers, health and safety consultants and any other specialists as appropriate.
Our highly trained team are both City and Guilds and NVQ qualified. They work in both timber and metal construction for windows, doors, partitions, stairs, shop fitting, domestic installations and bespoke projects of any size.
Skilled in internal and external plastering and rendering, including Grades l and ll conservation standard work.
Our experienced tilers will competently fit anything from a kitchen splashback to a hotel wetroom.
Working accurately and tidily to detailed drawings are the attributes of our outstanding bricklayers. Whether working alone or in a team, each one takes on a high level of personal responsibility in achieving a first-class result.
The final stage is the decoration, interior and exterior, so we make sure your premises are beautifully completed to your personal taste, ready to furnish and move into.
Grade I and Grade II listed buildings are part of our national heritage, special architectural or historical places in which to live or work. It is, therefore, vital to preserve the character and integrity of the building by appointing experienced craftspeople to the work.
Conservation is a complex and highly-regulated field and so we work closely with conservation officers, planning departments and building control inspectors on your behalf to ensure we carry out excellent workmanship to your particular specification whilst adhering to current directives.
The repair and restoration of wooden flooring is something we particularly pride ourselves upon. We offer a complete service to include sanding, gap-filling, sealing and oiling and, if necessary, sympathetic replacement of irretrievably damaged boards. Alternatively, should you need a complete floor refit, we can do so with hard and soft wood boarding, parquet and laminate.
